GRADUATION SENIOR INFORMATION

We would like to honor and celebrate you at the Spring Concert and request the following information to help us in the presentation. Please fill out this form by April 20. In addition, we would like each of you to create a picture collage of yourself to display in the Hurley Lobby on our concert day.

Please check with your private teacher and Laura Crawford regarding which piece you will play during the senior part of the Spring Concert, and check your schedule for rehearsals.

Any info you can provide here will help us to honor you at the Spring Concert.
